Job Title: Assistant Pastor of Worship and Media

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in music ministry, or a related field (preferred but not necessary).
● Proven experience in leading worship and media teams in a church setting.
● A heart for pastoral care and the ability to spiritually lead and mentor team members.
● Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing website and app content.
● Technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment and livestream platforms.
● Creative and innovative thinking to enhance worship experiences.

Responsibilities:
Worship Ministry:
● Lead and oversee the worship ministry, ensuring spiritually enriching and engaging services.
● Collaborate with worship teams to craft services aligned with the church's vision.
● Work closely with the lead pastor and pastoral staff on service planning.

Media Ministry:
● Manage the media ministry, overseeing production, editing, and distribution of multimedia content.
● Maintain a high standard of quality for audiovisual elements during worship services and events.
● Collaborate with technical teams to address media-related needs.

Service Planning:
● Collaborate with Lead Pastor to plan and execute services in alignment with the church's vision.
● Coordinate with worship leaders, musicians, and media teams for cohesive and impactful services.

Technical Oversight:
● Work closely with technical teams to oversee sound, lighting, and visual elements during services.
● Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of technical equipment.

Creative Direction:
● Provide creative direction for worship services and media content to align with the church's messaging.
● Explore innovative ways to enhance the worship experience and engage the congregation.

Event Planning:
● Plan and coordinate special events, concerts, and productions related to worship and media.
● Ensure that events align with the church's mission and values.

Multisite Coordination:
● Coordinate worship and media activities across multiple campuses, ensuring consistency and excellence.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration among worship and media teams at different locations.

Equipment Management:
● Oversee the procurement and maintenance of worship and media equipment.
● Stay updated on technological advancements to enhance service quality.

Training and Development:
● Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for worship and media team members.
● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Livestream Ministry:
● Oversee the planning and execution of livestream services for a seamless online worship experience.
● Coordinate with technical teams to optimize livestream quality and engage the online community.

Communication (Including Website and App Content):
● Oversee and maintain content on the church's website and app.
● Communicate effectively with the congregation about worship and media-related activities.
● Collaborate with the communication team to promote events, live streams, and church initiatives.

Dream Team Leadership:
● Recruit, train, and lead worship teams and media production teams.
● Foster a positive and collaborative culture among team members.
● Provide spiritual leadership and mentorship to team members.
